We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours. I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia at the Camelback Kia Dealership, in Phoenix, Arizona, where Luis Santana the sales rep really made me feel at ease and comfortable when I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Elantra New Edition. He was very personable and really listened to what I needed and wanted in my new car. He was very professional and he took his time with me and didn't just try to sale me any Ole car just for a sale. Hands down the best buying experience I?ve ever had. Jonathan aka Cheese made the buying experience a breeze. Everything was done over the phone and when I got to Showcase Honda, Cheese had the car out front and the paper work inside. No surprises, no double talk, just a straight up sale with no crap. I had nothing but an awesome experience at Camelback hyundai. I didnt feel pressured into getting anything and Carlos really helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget and as a bonus looked great. I got a great price, and really enjoyed the fast and easy purchase proccess. I'm currently at home loving my car and greatful I ended up at this dealership. Honestly I'd give carlos way more than 5 stars because he was not only great at going over the key features of the car and specifically why it could fit my needs, but also was a pleasure to work with. He went over the details of my car and limits of the services with the intent to educate which helped me feel confident in my purchase.
