After buying a new Dodge Ram 1500 from Earnheardt Queen Creek over a year ago, I have had stellar support from the Service Department. I specifically work with Jeff, as he is always kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair - he never tries to push maintenance on me that I don't need and always keeps me informed of progress and pricing! He is certainly great at his craft.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Our experience was good. We asked for upfront price of car and not a focus on payment amount like at previous dealerships. We feel we were given fair price for our trade.

My second Jeep Wrangler from the same dealership love this vehicle. Will probably buy my third Jeep from this same dealership. The staff was great to work with at the time of purchase

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

I have been a Jeeper before being a Jeeper was COOL. Although I have had 5 Jeeps before this one this was mu first new one. Except for normal service it has not been back to the dealar once.

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

I just bought a Ford Maverick. Been a long process, but Jacob, Camren, and Oscar did a great job of making it happen. Been trying to buy a Maverick since March.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! I like to buy vehicles every few years. So I've been to many dealers. One of the things I loved about this place was that it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. They didn't push you or hurry you. This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

Branded Title/Salavge I purchased and made this jeep into a crawler. This last year I have developed several additional health problems. Making it harder to get into my jeep. Not sure why it was totaled by the insurance company because it was sideswiped on the right side with damage to the fender and front door. There was no damage to the frame.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

Safety is of not concern in a vehicle !! Jeep’s are tough and prove safe !! They also have the “adventurous fun” style and capability!!!

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

Starting with the salesman Robert Bapst the entire process of buying a new vehicle was seamless and smooth. I have dealt with Robert in the past at another dealership and is the main reason that I purchased this vehicle at Auto Nation Toyota Tempe. driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep
