I have dealt with Barry Pinto several times (sales/leases) and Dan in service is top notch. I wouldn't deal with any other Jeep dealership.

Darryl Wilson has sold me cars over the past several years. I went in looking for a used vehicle with low mileage. The vehicle I wanted was just sold. Henri and the rest of the team at Pappa’s were excellent to deal with when purchasing my 2014 Challenger. They explained everything that was going to happen with my transfer to NH which went smoothly. There was some dirt on the car when I came to pick it up and very little gas in it, but Henri realized those problems and fixed them immediately so we could drive back to NH. It was a great experience.

Dave Sepavich helped us find a used car that fit our requirements. We had visited a couple other dealerships, but Dave was the one we were the most comfortable with and we were grateful for his assistance. We should have tried selling my car before trading it in. Time will tell if the vehicle service agreement (an add-on in the finance office) was worth the money. One other thing, Lia has many dealerships. So, if you're looking for a used car, they have access to each others inventory. That was pretty cool!
