I have bought two promasters from these guys in a bout six months time. As a business owner I don't have much free time was able to get in touch with Jeff Hale and put the ball in his court. It was the easiest purchase iv made I spent maybe 1 hour each buy at the dealership just to shake hands sign pick up and out the door ! No hassle got what I wanted for the price I wanted even a little cheeper. Will keep my business here!

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I decided to switch to a different autonation, because the one closest to me has tried over charging and more or less trying to hustle me. I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, efficiency of the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Broadway and I?m coming here for now on.

From the moment I contacted them to look at some cars, they were nothing short of top notch professional with me. I purchased a used car that needed several issues addressed with it, and they brought me in on a Saturday and addressed all of them as expected. Top notch, they are a great place to get a car.

Salesman Jack was excellent. Paperwork lady was not very personable. When I told her I did not want any add on cost her customer friendly attitude quickly changed. I was lead to believe theft coverage was part of the sale only to determine it was an additional $749 cost that I did not want. She became very defensive.

Came to jeep, was greeted right away, test drove the car i wanted, bought the car i wanted. Everyone that helped was very kind and knowledgable

No pressure to sell. Byron was of tremendous help, knowledgeable, and loved to share his fathers great history in service to his country. He even sent me home with great reading material on him. Prestige went to long lengths to find the right car (my wife will ONLY drive a stick, drives me crazy!). No manuals on the lot, so they sought the countryside to get just the right one. I highly recommend prestige to anyone.

Oil change and tire rotation. Tire pressure was not set to proper pressure after tires were rotated. Oil change was OK. I did check the torque on the wheel bolts and they were OK. Service Advisor Ryan Larson was very helpful and answered all my questions. ?

They did a great job of helping me find the perfect pick up. Levi spent a lot of time helping me. A very good experience. After the sale, I had a small issue with the battery and they swapped it out for a new one, no questions asked. Great dealership!

Easy and friendly to deal with. Everyone wants to get a deal done and will work with you.

Wanted a specific vehicle and they found one out of state and they worked to get it for me at a good price and bring it to my local dealership.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Brody the service writer when above and beyond in taking care of of my needs! If even helped me with my Dodge Viper that had a airbag recall that the Dodge dealership didn?t have a tech qualified to handle the problem.
