Came into Rick Case dodge because my husband inquired about a vehicle he saw online . When we had an appointment with Tee . She greeted us with a big smile and asked us how she can help. We told her about the vehicle we saw online, she informed us that vehicle was sold last night . She ensured us that she was going to do everything to help us out and she did just that! Repair was completed as requested and on time. The service manager explained all that needed to be completed but primarily 3 batteries. Customer service supplies coffee @ snacks while wailing.

This dealership is AWESOME!! In all my years of buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience with the entire process! Even the finance manager was an absolute pleasure to work with! This dealership was more than an hour away from my home, and WELL worth the drive. Not only was the car priced well, and in excelent condition (used G80 Sport), but the customer service is what puts them over the top. I will ABSOLUTELY make my next car purchase from here. My service advisor is responsible for making my visit?s at Paulding Dodge Keep a pleasurable one. Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them. Because an unappreciated employee will leave for another opportunity. I?m just saying I really hope that is not the case. And just know I have no affiliation with gentlemen whatsoever, and never met him until my visit.
