ON Aug. 21, 2023 I bought a 2023 Challenger R/T PLUS and traided in my 2018 Challneger R/T. The 2023 Challenger R/T plus I wanted had to be located. I told Teresa all I wanted in the car & I thought it would be quite a wile. Nope is was quicker then I thought. Teresa was very quick at locating what I was looking for, she came back with a few car options for me. I picked witch car I wanted and she was ontop of it. Within a couple days it was at the dealership ready to go. I was able to get the same sale price at the dealership and I got a fair price for my trade in. I even searched all over the internet for prices on my 2018 challenger to sell and performance was right there on the money. The whole process of getting the car i wanted and delivered to the dealership was flawless. Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled. I’m happy to say that the service dept personnel were so very understanding of my situation and even though they were booked up made room for me that same afternoon. So very pleased to having found a dealership that understands “life happens “ and were committed to taking care of me. I know this is not the case everywhere and am beyond appreciative.
