New and used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L SUVs for sale near Dunwoody, GA

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. Came into Rick Case dodge because my husband inquired about a vehicle he saw online . When we had an appointment with Tee . She greeted us with a big smile and asked us how she can help. We told her about the vehicle we saw online, she informed us that vehicle was sold last night . She ensured us that she was going to do everything to help us out and she did just that! If you’re in the market for a vehicle please ask for Tee .

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

Even the service was good. The technician left trash from his snack in my vehicle. An didn't put back my battery cover under my passenger seat

My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.

This dealership is AWESOME!! In all my years of buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience with the entire process! Even the finance manager was an absolute pleasure to work with! This dealership was more than an hour away from my home, and WELL worth the drive. Not only was the car priced well, and in excelent condition (used G80 Sport), but the customer service is what puts them over the top. I will ABSOLUTELY make my next car purchase from here. My service advisor is responsible for making my visit?s at Paulding Dodge Keep a pleasurable one. Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them. Because an unappreciated employee will leave for another opportunity. I?m just saying I really hope that is not the case. And just know I have no affiliation with gentlemen whatsoever, and never met him until my visit.

Excellent job on an express oil change and four tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler. Very comfortable facilities and service was very quick. Highly recommended.
