When we hit a snag with our online bank, Randy and Kam wrote up a loaner agreement so that we could take our new vehicle home until Monday when we could straighten out the financial paperwork. Nevada was absolutely amazing to work with. She had everything ready and waiting for me, including my new (used) car parked right out front ready to drive. And they fully gassed it up! The dealership had issues with their systems while I was there. Even with the slight hiccup, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. I live about two hours from this dealership but I'll tell you, I wont go to another dealership after this. They were just too good.
