He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Reedman Toll and second RAM. I hit 350,000+ miles on my 2004 RAM, 125,000+ on my Jeep Cherokee and recently on my 2019 RAM 100,000 miles. All servicing at Reedman Toll. I recently returned from a 10,000 mile trip to the Arctic circle & Alaska and my vehicle had no issues. On my return I had the 100,000 mile service done and all fluids replaced. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Reedman Toll.

I just felt like I was given a good deal, met pretty much all my expectations. I didn?t feel rushed. I was able to trade in my 2019 even though it needed some work. Customer service was great. Sales rep appeared knowledgeable. The floor supervisor that sits in the front was really great and helped us out. The whole team was great and trust Means lot in the buying process, so I didn?t feel rushed or anything. Overall pretty good experience.
