(4/25/25)Both Efrain and Joe were very friendly and helpful. This was my 1st time having my service on my 2017 Tundra done at this location. It was a very good experience. I do have a question… I was told that when I bought my tires from Harper, tire rotations would be done free of charge. It seems as though I was charged $24.95 for the tire rotation and I may have misunderstood…For future service, It would be great if someone could confirm Harper‘s policy on that subject. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Tommy

I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

Good experience, very professional team members. The process was very smooth from getting trade in appraisal, quotes and showing all the vehicles that match my expectations. Dealership made it very comfortable, they even offered water.

We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC purchasing our new 2025 Acadia. Brian MacGee was wonderful to work with along with General Manager Theron Maring and all the other great staff. Brian especially has spent a lot of time going over all we need to know about how this car works and has several times answered more questions since we purchased the car a week ago. He helped us purchase new cargo mats and get the protective coatings on the car, inside and out. Brian has been professional, friendly, and so helpful to us. Didn’t pressure you into anything, knowlergable about the vehicle. Looked at it on a Saturday late afternoon, came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and it was shiny clean and ready to go.
