I decided to switch to a different autonation, because the one closest to me has tried over charging and more or less trying to hustle me. I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, efficiency of the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep on Broadway and I?m coming here for now on.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

From the moment I contacted them to look at some cars, they were nothing short of top notch professional with me. Salesman Jack was excellent. Paperwork lady was not very personable. When I told her I did not want any add on cost her customer friendly attitude quickly changed. I was lead to believe theft coverage was part of the sale only to determine it was an additional $749 cost that I did not want. She became very defensive.

I 'pre-puchased' a car here through Aaron Mitchell, he kept me up to date on all things shipping and logistics and was happy to work out a deal with me in advance that worked for both of us. By the time it arrived, I was in and out in under an hour with my new vehicle.

Oil change and tire rotation. Tire pressure was not set to proper pressure after tires were rotated. Oil change was OK. I did check the torque on the wheel bolts and they were OK. Service Advisor Ryan Larson was very helpful and answered all my questions. ?
