The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

Not gonna lie — I’m the type who triple-checks everything before buying. I compared prices on every site, made a bunch of calls, and only then came to Unique. Ended up with a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. The price was actually lower than I expected. These days, honesty goes a long way.

Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. I explained to Mina on our test drive I was crunched for time and he got me off the lot in my new car in approximately 45 mins! I thought I was only going to have time for a test drive but these guys made everything happen that was needed for me to get into my new ride. We began looking for an F350 Super Duty with very specific requirements. When we contacted Larry H. Miller, the GM Tim was very helpful. He connected us with Tori Carrol the Sales Manager, who connected us with Oscar Negrete, the Sales Representative. This team was flat out AWESOME, no high pressure sales pitch at all. They did not have what we were looking for, so they asked when we wanted it. We had some time, so we told them that. Their response was, "Let us find it." Oscar and Lori spent a bunch of time finding the right truck with EXACTLY what we wanted. We were picky, we wanted a 2024, Lariat, with the Ultimate package, the High Output engine, and the black appearance package. It took a little while, but they found it in another state. They coordinated the transfer to Lakewood, let us know that it had arrived, and ASKED US when we had time to come by. Our drive was close to an hour. When we arrive, Oscar met us as we walked in, let us drive the truck to confirm that it was what we wanted and then let us sign the paperwork. Best part is that we had discussed price, trade in and incentives before hand with non of that crazy painful haggling. When working with Marcus the finance guy, he was pleasant, actually fun and made the process go quickly. I forgot the title to our trade in, they gave me a FEDEX envelope to sent it back to them. I happened to be in the area a week later and was able to hand deliver it. When I walked in, both Tori and Oscar came up to me and asked me how I liked the truck, is there anything I needed and walked me through the questions I had. I would definitely work with this team again. HANDS DOWN, a great experience!
