I bought my used 2017 limited around christmas of 2022. Its now may of 23 and i cannot believe how much i like this thing. Always been a ford truck guy but for a great all arounder....this jeep cannot be beat. I got the 3.6L V6, has alot more giddy up then you would expect, tows my 4200lb trailer with ease, and in my daily driving i average around 22mpg. Snow/off road performance is excellent...its not a 78 Bronco but for a modern SUV its very capable. 10inches of slushy snow riding on street tires it ate it up and asked for more. Its comfortable, drives good, and ive put 7000mi on since december with not so much as a hiccup. Reccommend to anyone looking for an SUV.

Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! The staff and Mike Ward Infiniti always takes great care of my 2008 EX35. I bring my car to them from Colorado Springs for maintenance. Arend Macinko checked out a headlight sensor which is now working. This visit, while waiting for my car, I test drove a QX50 and QX55. Bought my 2017 Overland 2WD preowned with 74k miles. It’s now Feb of 2024 my Jeep’s got 135k on the odometer and I’ve never once had an issue. I occasionally get car fever, start looking at cars online, but the second I jump behind the wheel of my Grand Cherokee I smile and decide to keep it for a little longer. I still love the look, it’s super comfortable, has plenty of power, all the bells and whistles I want (and beyond), and I love the fact not every single thing is touch screen as most modern vehicles. I love I can turn up the volume, operate the AC and many features with good ‘ole KNOBS without taking my eyes off the road.

Autonation Subaru West is the first dealership that I have ever trusted for regular service work (driving for nearly 60 years). The communication is outstanding and the level of service is unsurpassed. They honor the customer's time and check the vehicle thoroughly when in for service giving a 'heads-up' on such things as brakes or other service items, but always letting the customer know that there is still more time before that service needs to be done if that is the case. I never feel pressured for unneeded work, and always informed of what the cost will be and how much time will be involved in completing services. When the time frame is extensive, the offer of a courtesy car is always appreciated, and a car-share ride has been offered if I prefer that. When choosing to wait while service is being done, great coffee and donuts are provided in a clean and comfortable waiting area. There is on-going text communication on progress of the work including pictures. Super experiences every time in the past 4 years in keeping my 2021 Subaru Forester in tip top shape. Special kudos to Shane for his communications this last experience.
