This vehicle met all of my needs. Excellent handling in the snow with the Snow setting. It’s a great car to drive in the summer as well. Dual sunroof and cooled seats.

We purchased a truck in Jan 25 and on the way to bring it home we encountered some issues with the truck, error codes and other issues making it undrivable once we arrived home. The entire group at Family including the owner worked very hard to make it right and was able to fix the issues. They transported the truck back to the dealership and worked with their mechanical group to fix the issue. No one was more valuable in the process than Terry with NextGen Automotive. Terry went above and beyond in this very long process. He was so professional and worked tirelessly until he and his team were able to find and fix the issue. Terry kept us up to date and still reached out even when the news he had was not so favorable. Terry also transported the vehicle back to us in a different state once it was finally operational. Terry is without a doubt the only reason things went so well in this ordeal. He is a true asset to both organizations. We appreciate all that Terry did for us and we truly value Family Truck and Vans for standing behind their vehicles. This was a very unique and unfortunate event for all involved, but their commitment and integrity will have us returning again.

Bought a 2011 Outback which had a steering issue, Elijah promised it would be fixed by their service department. It did get fixed, but another issue popped up on the day I came to pick up the car. I couldn't be happier that Elijah caught a maintenance problem twice and told me about it, getting it fixed without passing the buck or pretending it didn't happen. Top-tier, above and beyond service. The sales process itself was one of the fastest and smoothest I've ever experienced, and although I'm frustrated that I still can't drive my car home, I'm immensely relieved that the staff at Autonation are taking care of it with integrity and professionalism.

They have ALL the vehicles inspected and they are available with a Warranty included in the monthly payment. Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.
