There was a guy there when I got there at 6:07pm that walked me through checking in my car. I don't remember his name but he had a limp. He had just had surgery. I was standing there aimlessly when my car was towed but I had just missed the office staff and didn't know what to do.

My service Tech Vincent was great to work with! He got me in and out with no worry at all and kept checking on us.
