This dealership is AWESOME!! In all my years of buying cars, I've never had such a pleasant experience with the entire process! Even the finance manager was an absolute pleasure to work with! This dealership was more than an hour away from my home, and WELL worth the drive. Not only was the car priced well, and in excelent condition (used G80 Sport), but the customer service is what puts them over the top. I will ABSOLUTELY make my next car purchase from here. My service advisor is responsible for making my visit?s at Paulding Dodge Keep a pleasurable one. Of all my years as LM transportation manager I?ve had tons of contacts with many dealerships/ professionally and privately. In all my years Jeremie Trout is as customer oriented as anyone I?ve ever delt with. Seriously he should be recognized for his outstanding job. If I was still managing I would hire this young man in a minute, because of his attitude and commitment. I seriously hope that this dealership doesn?t let someone steal this guy from them. We have great service experience every time we come here and have an issue or just doing maintenance for our Durango SRT. Hooper is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Hooper went above and beyond in writing a note so that I can show it to the shop that previously changed the wrong size oil filter. Will definitely come back again.
