The finance manager was very easy to work with as well and explained all of the warranty options I had available to me without making me feel overly pressured. There were a few minor items that needed to be addressed on the truck after taking delivery. The GM Eric personally took the time to ensure me they would be addressed and handled appropriately. They are very busy, but despite that they really do a great job. I didn’t believe their low cost dealer stuff until I saw my trade on their web site and compared their asking price for my trade compared to what they gave me on my trade. Only $4,000 difference. I don’t know how they can make it like that. But, next time I will go right back to Bill Luke for another Ram. They are the best, and when you go in ask for Mo. I forgot, financing is a breeze.When you get back to finance, you will find no selling. You’re in and out in less than 20 minutes. What a refreshing difference. I went in just to look at Jeep options and ended up trading in my 2 vehicles and driving out a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Willys. Joseph Alcantar took care of me .. very professional and knowledgeable about Jeeps and options, he even helped me 'ferry' one of the vehicles I was trading in. I had some after-market parts installed and the parts people were excellent to work with as was Joel Schwerd in the service department. Everybody there was friendly and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them and I will be returning there for any service I need or (maybe) another Jeep in the future!
