Even the service was good. The technician left trash from his snack in my vehicle. An didn't put back my battery cover under my passenger seat

My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

Came into Rick Case dodge because my husband inquired about a vehicle he saw online . When we had an appointment with Tee . She greeted us with a big smile and asked us how she can help. We told her about the vehicle we saw online, she informed us that vehicle was sold last night . She ensured us that she was going to do everything to help us out and she did just that! Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. Team was professional and service was quick. I had an oil change and one week later, my oil light came back on. I recommend they make sure the oil light is reset before customers leave.
