We had visited a couple other dealerships, but Dave was the one we were the most comfortable with and we were grateful for his assistance. We should have tried selling my car before trading it in. Time will tell if the vehicle service agreement (an add-on in the finance office) was worth the money. One other thing, Lia has many dealerships. So, if you're looking for a used car, they have access to each others inventory. That was pretty cool!
