I came back to A1 carz about the problem of the vehicle that I recently purchased the 2010 Toyota Matrix. Sonny and Ali worked with me and even give me a car to borrow while my car was getting repaired. Sonny called the next day and told me what was wrong with the vehicle and that I shouldnt worried about any expenses. I thought I was treated unfairly before but A1 carz's owner Sonny took care of everything. I think these guys deserve a second chance. Not only that, they showed me what customer service really mean. This car has a nice interior. The three row seating is nice except the 3rd row is a little cramped concerning leg room. Great family car.

Saw vehicle on line while in Tennessee. sent email inquiry and it was answered in less than24 hrs. Got home and drove to dealer . Vehicle on the lot, greeted as we walked up ramp. I’m now on year 12 of owning this car. Hands down, it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. It’s reliable and has required very little maintenance. My Honda costs me a lot more to maintain than this car. It’s over 100k miles and still going strong. Plus, the resale on this car is impressive! This was my first Infiniti and certainly won’t be the last.

The car is beautiful and runs very strong my wife loves it for as old it is it’s in great shape. I don’t see any fluids leaking. No major interior or exterior damage.all in all its a great car

Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and Noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us as the customer, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. Looks good, drives good, never had any issues with the car, and with over 120K miles still drives like new. We use this car for everything, soccer practice and road trips. no issues just change the oil and drive.

Well deserved 5 Star review, very prifessional, no pressure and friendly staff. After reading some of those reviews I decided to be the judge myself. I called on a Tesla Model S they had advertised. called to check availability, Vince was very professional and knowledgeable. he answered few questions I had and offered to hold the vehicle for me since I am 2 hours drive from the dealership. in summary, vehicle checked out just like I was promised, test drive the vehicle got financed and out in less than an hour. fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

This car meets my needs and exceeds them. It has great space, and is very luxurious, but does not always give us the gas mileage that it promises on the EPA rating sticker.

It’s a great car with many buttons that will make you feel you’re on a plane. Very luxurious, yet so affordable. Plenty of leg room and spacious trunk. Very clean. Drives and feels as if it was never used.

Spent money on one new set of tires, one set of brakes and one headlamp. I have never seen or owned a car with this perfect a fit and finish. It has been a trouble free vehicle and has absolutely no rust, no dents and the original high gloss paint. It is the perfect car for a teenager going to college or a for a couple wanting to have a car at their vacation home when they spend time in that location. The condition is a FIVE plus. Just like when it came off the showroom floor. It has power sunroof, power brakes/windows/door locks, leather interior. black exterior & interior, hands free phone mic. tinted windows, 90% 0f driving has been highway.

The car has been on the road 13 years almost, and has 130,000 plus miles, everything still works, windows, radio, AC etc.. and never had to be repaired. It still runs like it did the day I picked it up.

Absolutely the best car that I’ve ever owned. If there is an issue, get fixed and she will take very good care of you. Issues will happen and they are expected and expensive but after the repairs your as good as gold. And shouldn’t experience that problem for years.

Never made it to Hayes. Was in Sacramento and bought a car that day but before making it to Roseville. The car at Hayes is an LX and I really wanted an EX. The person I talked to there was very helpful.

The straps that hold seat belts on top of seat have both failed. I bought the car after it was confiscated from a drug dealer in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. So it had some rough treatment. The driver side seat back has wear in the first panel. I think it was from Cops using it for under cover. Their guns and other equipment destroys drivers seats on patrol cars. But the car is a frigging rocket.

Felt like we were dealing with friends, or strangers who genuinely cared about our experience. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at and purchased. The car, looking oh so good on the outside of it, is all that it seems. It's clean, comfy, and really reliable. It has good mileage, good looks, is comfy, and is good overall. The one I have has a modified screen that looks like it was a part of the original car. However, the only complaint I have is that it's really loud. If you want a quieter car, I suggest getting new mufflers. If you're fine with it, it's good otherwise!

He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

My infinity FX 30/05/2011 is a dream vehicle I hope it never works out I have 218000 miles and it is absolutely fabulous . It's incredibly reliable fun to drive I love the way it looks interior is great I hope it lasts 300000 miles very reliable vehicle.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Jeff and his team and still own them all. The price was more than fair and so far other than normal wear and tear no mechanical issues. All vehicles some had higher mileage, however all were imaculate and the high mileage is not an issue on our Diesel Truck or Lexus or BMW. All 6 run great! I have approximately 36,000 miles in my car! She’s black with chrome rims and a billet grill and is my pride and joy, (also my 5th) - Infiniti G series. Originally bought because I felt this car was the safest, while be it, classiest, mom car to drive around my daughters - I just love it! I can spot my car in a lot of 100’s - she is that unique! Absolutely a dream! Gas mileage not so great - that’s the price of beauty!
