We traveled from El Paso to Sandia Toyota in Albuquerque because it was the best deal. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and our salesperson (Gerardo Macias) was immediately contacted. Gerardo worked with us via email prior to arrival so the deal was pretty firm. No gimmicks, the truck was ready to roll. After doing the paperwork with Gerardo we were introduced to our Finance manager (Michael Andazola) who quickly and efficiently completed our loan paperwork. Everyone we contacted at the dealership was friendly, polite and professional. If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, I highly recommend Sandia Toyota. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Our last Ford was purchased from a different dealership and Chalmers Ford was so much more professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. The salesman, John Fife, was so helpful,and so well informed of all the ford vehicles. He was also very professional, friendly and he made us feel like family. Our finance manager, Jackie Sidden, was also very professional, very well informed and immediately put us at ease. Chalmers was the our best buying experience due to these two wonderful employees.

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

Honesty and integrity. These peoples profesionalist is through the roof. They mean what they say and say what they mean. I work at a dealer and will not buy from any where else. Go see Tom and the general manager to get the most out of what's usually a hassle. Their level of honesty will make you feel right at home.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

We have been clients for 27 years. We bought a 1995 G20 from Sheila Garcia and have owned an Infiniti since that purchase. Infiniti vehicles are the best, but nothing compares to the relationship we have with the Garcia dealership. It is truly a relationship where we trust and rely in them without reservation.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Wish I would have been offered more for my trade. Drove 1400 miles each way to purchase the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Brought my own financing to the deal. Pleasant staff. Frankie was a joy to work with.
