From the moment that she first made contact with me about my vehicle, she was very considerate and prompt. LaToya is a great asset to Infiniti, with her remarkable knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and personality. I highly recommend LaToya, as your service advisor, to anyone getting a vehicle serviced at Orland Park Infinti. She addressed all of my concerns and questions in a timely and gracious manner. "THANK YOU, LATOYA!" The actual service of my vehicle was 'Below' my expectations ( 2 stars).

This SUV is incredible. It's very quick, quiet, and it's extremely comfortable. Combine that with the best looking exterior in its class and the fact that it's 10x better than the previous model and it's a winner.

Had an awesome experience. Service department is always going above and beyond. I went to. A place down the street to check out a service code that popped up and they wanted me to do close to $800 in services to get rid of the code. I came over to Infiniti of Claredon Hills and the code that came up was tied into a loose gas cap. They did not charge me. It was a simple fix. Fantastic experience all around. Magdalena was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was instrumental in guiding me through the process. The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members. Buying a car is stressful enough, but it truly helps to have partners in the process who understand and appreciate my needs and work hard and collaboratively to meet them.
