The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members. Buying a car is stressful enough, but it truly helps to have partners in the process who understand and appreciate my needs and work hard and collaboratively to meet them. I have bought many cars and my last experience at Motor Werks Infinity was definitely one of the better ones. Bought a used 5 series from John Gregory, he was very professional, got the car on the lift for me to see, had it fully detailed and full tank of gas.

Went in to look at options as my current lease was ending. Joey was very attentive from the beginning. He took the time to explain the upgrades to the new QX80, all while offering snacks and water.
