Took the time to go over everything in the car to show me how to work all the extras on this car. Would definitely return and work with Alec. We came all the way from Alabama and would do it again!

Had an awesome experience. Service department is always going above and beyond. I went to. A place down the street to check out a service code that popped up and they wanted me to do close to $800 in services to get rid of the code. I came over to Infiniti of Claredon Hills and the code that came up was tied into a loose gas cap. They did not charge me. It was a simple fix. Fantastic experience all around. Magdalena was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and was instrumental in guiding me through the process. The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members.
