He has done his best when it comes to following-up with us, communicating and addressing our concerns and issues with our vehicle. This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.

We have either owned or driven every 3 row suv out there. We have a 22 Pathfinder as well is great too. We picked the qx over a yukon a caddilac xt6,jeep overland and a wagoneer series 2 if you drive one i bet you will too.

I've had my 2022 QX60 Autograph (my 8th Infiniti) for approximately 600 miles, with a 70-mile daily commute, split evenly between highway and country roads. From the moment the Monograph was revealed, I know this was my next car. The wait was long but worth it. Unlike the targeted buyers, I use my cars for both commuting and hauling, and very rarely have the rear seats up. The cargo volume is an important reason for getting the QX60. (My wife drives the QX50.) Everything from Style to Performance are 5-star. With gas prices at all-time highs, I've been averaging between 28 and 30 mpg in eco-mode - that's 45 on the country roads and 65-70 on 95! Never a fan of auto-off at stops, I've found it does add miles to the tank - the computer lets you know- and decreases total emissions. While the beautiful Autograph interior leather, materials, and paint is a subjective taste, the Vision Package, IMO, is an amazing necessity. Once one uses the rear-view mirror camera and Head Up Display, it's hard to imagine driving a car without this package. To improve this vehicle, I can offer two suggestions to NISSAN: 1) offer an option to increase the lane change turn clicks (Hyundai Palisade) and volume, and 2) allow the power side view mirrors to retract when parked and locked, something available in their QX50 - an obvious and goofy oversight. Finally, the most important reason I keep coming back to INFINITI is dependability and safety. Add everything else and the 2022 QX60 comes away a stunning winner.

Had an awesome experience. Service department is always going above and beyond. I went to. A place down the street to check out a service code that popped up and they wanted me to do close to $800 in services to get rid of the code. I came over to Infiniti of Claredon Hills and the code that came up was tied into a loose gas cap. They did not charge me. It was a simple fix. Infiniti has always delivered in the exterior design department for their models, with the QX60 in dire need of a redesign and the concept Monograph QX60, I knew the vehicle would look great for the exterior. But where they really “WOW’d” me was the overall package of the vehicle. New for the QX60 is a 9speed auto, and a departure from the dual screen layout for the entertainment system. In addition we get a fully digital 12” instrument cluster, 10.8” HUD. Really bringing the QX60 up to where Infinitis standards should had been. Also adding to the small but valued features, we now get memory seating for the driver. All these new additions to the great build quality and high end materials finished throughout the vehicle, it’s certainly now a car I love to sit behind the wheel of. Talking about that, the 9 speed auto is such a huge improvement over the CVT, those shifts through the gears makes the QX60 feel like it’s not running out of breathe compared to the previous QX60s CVT droning. I am 6 ft 1 inch and my older kids are also my size. Yes Infiniti seems to be gearing the advertising to families with kids but this is not true in my case. We are an older family and we love this SUV especially the long trips. Infiniti really wants to take back its crown for the best selling luxury SUV, although it’s got tougher competition, it will only make Infiniti one step better than it was before.

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

First of all, this is a beautiful SUV. We bought a used 2019 Luxe with 41,000k miles. I actually prefer it than the 2022 version in terms of exterior styling. Many consider that interior to be outdated, but I think the proper word is outlasted. There's a reason why they haven't changed this interior very much over the years. It is extremely reliable. It has physical buttons. Sometimes an upgrade in technology isn't always the best especially in a vehicle where reliability is paramount. The legendary VQ V6 is still top notch averaging us a combined 22-23 mpg which is great. My friend's 2015 QX60 has 206,000 miles and has no issues with proper scheduled maintenance. The CVT on this one great compared to its Nissan counterpart. The ride is plush but not as plush as a Lexus RX350. It is a bit more on the sporty side, and that's ok. You do not want to be too disconnected to the road. I think what tops it off is the incredible value it offers compared to our other options that we've looked at: Nissan Pathfinder Platinum, VW Atlas, Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7. Overall this beat all of them.

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
