Plus, he gave me the best price at the very beginning of the process. I skipped the uncomfortable step of going back and forth with him to try to save some money. I checked pricing from 3 other dealers, and the cost Alex worked for me was unbeatable. The process of financing was incredibly easy, and by comparison, I've had less convenient experiences making every day purchases at department stores. I truly walked away very happy, satisfied and confident I got the best deal and a great car.

First time using them for scheduled service. Everything went smoothly. Frank let me know 2 things that should also be done, but did not push it. Said it could wait until next scheduled service. I did appreciate not being pressured to do it then.

He also called me to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend using their service department and ask for Frank.

Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.
