Went in to look at options as my current lease was ending. Joey was very attentive from the beginning. He took the time to explain the upgrades to the new QX80, all while offering snacks and water. Joey was very knowledgeable and wasted no time with nonsense. Once we were ready to talk numbers, Alfredo took over and really gave us an incredible deal on everything we wanted and more. When I first got the lease here 3 years ago I thought their service would be tough to beat. These guys have outdone themselves. The loyalty to returning customers is extraordinary. The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members. Buying a car is stressful enough, but it truly helps to have partners in the process who understand and appreciate my needs and work hard and collaboratively to meet them.
