Used INFINITI QX55 SUVs for sale near Pantego, TX

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. First time buying a car online. The most awesome experience ever. Salesman, Adrian was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He went out of his way to make sure I had no worries. He even dealt with a couple of "psycho moments"....lol Great personality for sure! Even responded to text on his days off! (Sorry Adrian) The car is beautiful and looks brand new!

I've only had mine for 3 weeks, however I am loving it, it rides smoothly, it has all the amenities you'd want. Heated and cooled seating and steering, plenty of leg room in the front and back , adjustable back seats that move forward and recline fully. A large cargo trunk area. Run flat tires are standard. Sun roof, and incredible sound worth bose speakers

I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. I had quite a bit of work done this time and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Chas Velarde was one of the most outstanding service advisors I have ever worked with. He really listened to my concerns and he has such a wonderful attitude. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the attendants who bring your car to you, are always so nice to deal with. I feel lucky to have bought my car from Grubbs and will always bring my car, that I love, to them for service.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

I must say, after reading some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about this place. But Emmanuel Ngoka (Manny) made things Happen!!! I was unable to drive my vehicle home that day, but when I say Manny DELIVERED and Made it HAPPEN...he did exactly just that!!! He drove my new vehicle and delivered it in person to my home. I live over 2hrs away and he made it possible. Despite the previous reviews Please ask for Emmanuel Ngoka...I PROMISE he will take care of you.
