well my 2011 turning well at first we had problems with each other, and trying to get to Know each other took a good minute and the tires kick my butt at first I had 3 blowout a week a part I got it used and very unloved now I LOVE my little car and it is very reliable and runs great and BERY LOVED

Great smooth wonderful ride. So quiet when you drive you can hardly hear the engine running. It gets 55 miles per gallon that is wonderful I am a Uber driver so that saves me tons of gas and money thanks a lot

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

From the moments I got in the dealership until I left I was treated very nice and very welcomed. I looked at Lexus RX and end up buying it because I felt comfortable and car is clean with good competitive price. Very recommend

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

I love the car. It takes at least 4 months to understand all of the features and working options of those features. The usage of each option can change due to your preferences. I have the Limited With all of the options as a package. This car is xxxx!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Love the hybrid technology...55 miles per gallon! Interior is roomy, cool creature comforts, exterior color is gorgeous, love driving it, enjoy the heated seats, enjoy the 10 point driver's chair position, cockpit is used friendly.

Bought the 2012 Veloster shortly after its introduction. It has all of the trim options available, though I never learned to use them. This car has had a lot of pesky recalls, but that is like a lot of vehicles. There have been NO problems for my car, except for an inexpensive part repair in the steering column at about 90K miles. I bought this car because of 1) the great m.p.g., 2) the sporty appearance, and 3) to more easily navigate city traffic. My only complaints are: 1) the seats are not well-padded nor provide lumbar support, but they hold you great when zipping around sharp curves in the mountains, 2) it sits so low to the ground (as sporty cars do), which make it difficult for a tall and older person to get in and out. Those who desire a lot of power would probably be disappointed.

Service advisor provided extremely knowledgeable advice and attention to detail. Repairs and tires were performed in a timely fashion. Have had both my Subaru cars serviced here since 2016. Always very satisfied .

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

Had car since 2015 and im guy washes wax every day. Got car at 100,00ish ive put 85,000 on it myself Heres what been done since owned ball joints 3 sets made cheaply... Exhaust work 2 times from rot . 1 ignition coil replaced High pressure power steering Line pipe replaced lasted about 170000 ish.. lower ball joints 2 times. brakes all around 3 times . at 185,000 and all 4 shocks have to be replaced timing belt at 160,000 replaced. 1 starter replaced Over all just regular stuff that wears out. Cant complain cars real easy to work on your self..all belts replaced twice. Never made me walk home So overall Cheap running Good in snow also never get stuck no matter what i try. Water pump and alternator water pump never been touched still work as intended

Very polite, i came in Friday and just got lucky that it was not a busy day so the process was quick. Very accomodating because I did not have nobody to bring the purchased car to drive to home since I had to drive myself to go there so they were ok to have one of their workers (Luis) drive all the way to my house then drive me back to the dealership to pick up the car. Traded a 2015 Sonata Sport which I really liked, but was looking for much better gas mileage and more flexible luggage space. Ioniq hatchback offers lots of space with back seats folded, front passenger comfort as good as Sonata. Quiet, comfortable car. Perfect for a retired couple who like to travel, especially to FLA in the winter.
