Michael in the service department was phenomenal. I brought my car in with engine issues (sinking motor mount) that had been diagnosed by other mechanics. He listened to me and his team verified the issue, as well as diagnosing another issue (transmission mount). Everything was resolved and covered under my powertrain warranty. Because I live far from the dealership, Michael made sure my wait time was minimized during all three visits. If you need your car serviced, request Michael. Ian Archer, the Service Advisor at Hyundai Mission Hills took great care of my 2019 Kona. 50,000 mile service done in 2 hours and almost $200 less than the initial estimate. *My neighborhood Hyundai dealer/service center recently closed and Keyes in Van Nuys was not able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame. I think the Mission Hills location is my new Hyundai service center.

We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.

Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.

He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase.
