He listened to me and his team verified the issue, as well as diagnosing another issue (transmission mount). Everything was resolved and covered under my powertrain warranty. This is our 11th Hyundai that we have bought from the Valencia Hyundai. Our second time with salesman Ed. He great and very patient with me while reviewing and test driving 10 different cars that day. He understands I?m a very picky. Customer and I know what I want and what I don?t want. Never tries to push anything on that. I?m not liking. He?s a real great salesman. All other staff are very great from management, to finance. We?ll go again to get another car.

We were treated very well by AutoNation Hyundai Valencia and left with the perfect car for our needs! Our Tucson is very much like our Santa Fe, but shorter. The heads-up display is improved and there are some features we still have to learn. The Tucson gets significantly better gas mileage, being a smaller car. The leg room and rear passenger room are pretty much like the Santa Fe - the Tucson fits us better.

Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.
