New and used 2025 Hyundai TUCSON SE for sale near Pecan Hill, TX

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

He wasted no time setting me up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the cars I was checking out. I own this vehicle for about 6 weeks now. Coming from a similar but different brand SUV, I was familiar with most of the features. I will most likely never use the "smart cruise control", as I drive only locally, and I was never a fan of cruise control anyways. The vehicle is nice to drive, has enough power, I like the heated and ventilated seats (front and back), I love the remote starter plus the option to move it remotely. It comes with an app called BlueLink, which is completely free. That app gives you plenty of additional features, a more detailed remote start option and the digital key, with that you can conveniently leave your key at home and operate the entire vehicle just with your phone. The fingerprint feature offers additional security and convenience. Your personal settings (seats, heat, radio etc.) are saved in case someone else is ever driving your vehicle, any changes they are making will not affect your settings. Contrary from what I have heard from other owners, mine came with a spare tire, but might be just the limited version, other models might not have that. What did not come with mine was a cargo cover, which I think is a must-have, to prevent open view into things in your trunk. I was able to convince my dealer to add that free of charge.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

Chris Walker gave us excellent customer service. Questions he couldn’t answer he found someone who could. He and his financial team stayed past the dealership closing time to accommodate our schedule and complete the buying process without rushing us.

Buying a Hyundai at Norm Reeves Hyundai was a positive experience. Cesar is a great sales representative to work with. My whole family wanted to help me and he was very patient and helpful to us all as he fielded questions about all aspects of the car.

Car is brand new to me. Still figuring out ins and outs. There are a few quirky things like fan on the heater adjusts itself randomly.

Ron Attaway was great to work with - no pressure and answered all our questions. Had the SUV ready for test drive when I arrived and explained what all it had to offer and do. Ron was available whenever I had a question. I'd recommend Hiley Hyundai Burleson for sure!

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!
