This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

My wife and I purchased our new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Coggin Hyundai in Deland, FL. Our sales person was Julio Raimundo. As soon as we arrived, Julio introduced himself, and our day proceeded very well from there. We found Julio to be very personable, very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling, and very responsive to the questions we asked. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership made the process as easy as possible. This was not our first purchase there, and if we would certainly return there for another car purchase.

Though I purchased it at Crown Kia. Luke and Justin was nice to let me test drive the Tuscan there bc I did not like Crown Hyundai worker there. They brought over the car and provided all my mandatories I want in car. No pressure on any other car brands.

Recently purchased a used car from this dealership. No pressure at all to buy a car, but obviously they only sell cars and don't know much about what they are selling. I asked if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic before I purchase and they told me "No, the owner doesn't allow it because of issues they have had." These cars came with 0 warranties unless you buy a separate one which doesn't cover a lot of the issues you might find. I feel that certain shortcuts are taken when these cars are sold just to pass inspection and then issues pop up shortly after driving off the lot with no help because you bought the car without a warranty. My car does have a few issues and now I"m left dealing with those, so be cautious and bring someone with you who is very familiar with the car you are wanting to purchase. An OBD2 reader is helpful also....

Bought this car CPO with 30,000 miles for $18,500. Excellent deal! Car now has 72,000 miles, only have replaced tires. Maintain this vehicle myself. All fluids and filters are easy to change. Using only premium fuel (not required) and the most expensive fluids/filters available, I average 25 MPG city/hwy. 28MPG average on long highway drives. Trunk is small, but this is a compact SUV after all. Suspension may be stiff for your liking, but handling is impressively athletic for this class. Luxury details are impressive for the class. My fully loaded Limited AWD has navigation, Bluetooth, panoramic roof, REAL leather, heated seats, keyless drive, and more. Would buy again!

Very supportive in purchase for a recent ?transplant? to NE. They provided me with instructions on how to handle the transaction further as there is a slight difference to other states, not really a sales issue as much as learning curve.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

First off, I really like this dealership. Tim Goss was my salesman who sold me my car. (Which he's amazing) I have had my car serviced there twice now. I have noticed that this time my car is a little rough when starting it cold. And I always let it warm up until it shifts down, it seems to be idling a little faster then when I first purchased my car and my first service. But all in all it's a great dealership. Thank you Tim for all of your expertise.
