There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. This is our 11th Hyundai that we have bought from the Valencia Hyundai. Our second time with salesman Ed. He great and very patient with me while reviewing and test driving 10 different cars that day. He understands I?m a very picky. Customer and I know what I want and what I don?t want. Never tries to push anything on that. I?m not liking. He?s a real great salesman. All other staff are very great from management, to finance. We?ll go again to get another car.

We were treated very well by AutoNation Hyundai Valencia and left with the perfect car for our needs! Our Tucson is very much like our Santa Fe, but shorter. The heads-up display is improved and there are some features we still have to learn. The Tucson gets significantly better gas mileage, being a smaller car. The leg room and rear passenger room are pretty much like the Santa Fe - the Tucson fits us better.

I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!
