I was unaware that I needed an ALDL PORT INOP and a Heated Steering Wheel. Andy took the time to discuss my needs, and worked with me to get the right fit for me. Once purchased he spent time going over all the features of the car, and has also setup a follow visit to review even more. He is making sure everything I need is in order, and follows up with me to ensure my happiness. I can't recommend Huffins Plano, and Andy So in particular enough!

I have been researching previously owned automobiles online for two weeks. I saw a 2021 Telluride that was interesting and called Huffines McKinney asking about it availability. I was fortunate to have Michael Lane answer and discuss the Telluride. I drove to McKinney the next day and to my dismay the Sangria color was too dark for my taste. Michael was very gracious when we failed to buy the Telly but then found a silver Santa Fe that we really liked and bought. Michael's knowledge of both autos was very impressive and his salesmanship was very pleasant. I will definitely see Michael again if I eve need another auto.
