Jim worked very well with my to agree on a price we both thought was fair. I was was worried buying a car would be as painful as some people have claimed it to be, but I can say it was a pleasurable experience. I will certainly be looking at Wilkins Hyundai for future car purchases.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

I was surprised by how much I liked the CX-5 but even more surprised by how pleasant an experience purchasing a car was at this dealership, largely due to the saleswoman Gabbie. She was readily available to answer questions, was very personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend doing business here.

Sales team made purchasing a new car a breeze. Jack Kim was most helpful to make our selection. After purchase support was better than the best. Especially going back to learn all the bells and whistles of the new car. The features were overwhelming -- he was a great teacher too!

Have been going to this dealer since 2018 when they were Pugi. I was apprehensive that Castle would have the same excellent customer service. I can say that the high level of customer service has not changed. The only difference is that they don't offer car washing anymore but it's not a deal breaker. I will continue coming here for service on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. Bought a CPO Hyundai through Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora. Oscar, our salesman, was very professional and personable. No high pressure and allowed us to take our time evaluating the vehicle and even did two test drives to be sure that it was the car we wanted. Mark, the sales manager, was also professional and did not pressure us to buy. We looked at the service department and was very impressed with the facilities.

We were able to test drive each automobile with no pressure and we were given plenty of time to make a good decision about our purchase. The vehicle we selected was in very good condition we were given a carfax report and a full disclosure on the condition of the vehicle from a 3rd party. The process of financing and buying the vehicle was very good. Kevin in sales was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.
