Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. Have been going to this dealer since 2018 when they were Pugi. I was apprehensive that Castle would have the same excellent customer service. I can say that the high level of customer service has not changed. The only difference is that they don't offer car washing anymore but it's not a deal breaker. I will continue coming here for service on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

I was surprised by how much I liked the CX-5 but even more surprised by how pleasant an experience purchasing a car was at this dealership, largely due to the saleswoman Gabbie. She was readily available to answer questions, was very personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend doing business here.

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates. Knew what I wanted. Sales Rep Evan sent me a video of the truck I was considering. Made an appointment for following day. Greeted at the door by Manager Matt. Evan had the truck ready to go. Great test drive. I decided to test a next level upgrade and was even happier. Decided on the upgrade. No high pressure sales. Very good pricing. Leased thru Hyundai. Finance guy was a wizard, (got paperwork and explainations done in a timely manner)! The Dealership facilities were well lit. Very clean and comfortable. Truck was presented to me freshly washed and mats installed. Evan spent time explaining all the technology and even set up my cell phone connection to the truck. Have had followup calls from Evan to see if I had any problems or questions. Best car buying experience ever!
