I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Fantastic customer service as always. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased here and this time I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Dias. I called to inquire about a vehicle and within 10 minutes Kyle had sent a video of that vehicle to my cell phone for me to see inside and out. He was very helpful, kind, informative, and did not waste my time or push a sell or try to upsell me. Matthew worked on my trade and ran numbers and gave me exactly why I asked for (which never happens at desserts) for a great deal for me. Finance was very easy and quick with no pushing of any upsells there either. From first pulling into the dealership to leaving with my new vehicle was less than 1.5 hours. Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

The costumar service was really good. Mr Jonathan made a good job making the service to be fast for a good price he was really helpful .

We just bought this car, after having several Subaru Outbacks. The electronics are far superior to the Subaru. We only have a few hundred miles at this point

Excellent customer service and communication. I took my car in when I suddenly began experiencing engine trouble. They have excellent customer service, everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful. Someone kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle during the following days. Despite it being a major repair they made the whole process as easy and positive as possible under the circumstances. And they helped provide me with the best options.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.
