I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

I was unaware that I needed an ALDL PORT INOP and a Heated Steering Wheel. I came out overly satisfied with a piece of mind that I need this kind of attentiveness in my 2022 Tahoe, even though I'm closer to a Jupiter Chevrolet, I would rather come here to Huffines in Plano, TX.

I have been researching previously owned automobiles online for two weeks. I saw a 2021 Telluride that was interesting and called Huffines McKinney asking about it availability. I was fortunate to have Michael Lane answer and discuss the Telluride. I drove to McKinney the next day and to my dismay the Sangria color was too dark for my taste. Michael was very gracious when we failed to buy the Telly but then found a silver Santa Fe that we really liked and bought. Michael's knowledge of both autos was very impressive and his salesmanship was very pleasant. I will definitely see Michael again if I eve need another auto.

Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs. I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes.
