I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Let me just say this from day 1 they made me feel like I was part of a family from Craig Edwards the dealer to Lamont the mechanic to John . I was recently in a car accident and of course I panic because its on,only been going on a year I just purchased my blessing...with the help of Craig Edward. Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Again no rush,the gentleman that preps the car before delivery was very efficient. Buying a car can be difficult. When you have a good team at the dealership it is a breeze. The paperwork process was efficient with Ms. Abby ensuring that all necessary documents were in order. I appreciated the transparency regarding the vehicle, warranty and maintenance requirements. The overall ownership experience has been smooth, with excellent support from Ms. Abby, and checking on me a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Most important thing they treated me like Family.

Great customer service and quality repair service good communication, I would like some free snacks or donuts or something to eat while I was waiting 4 hours for my maintenance and service to be done cause I didn?t have money to buy in the vending machines.

My service manager (Victoria Cruz) was very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my car was ready very quickly. I always have a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They give twice the length of warranty and the car itself is a very pleasant surprise in its performance and comfort.

Fair negotiations. Once deal was finalized, quick into business office to take car of payments and quick clean up. Out the door in a little over 2 hours. Quickest purchase I have ever made.
