I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. Beth, the head mechanic Joey and the entire service team were fantastic! My family and I had our A/C die on us during a multi-state relocation. Two other Hyundai dealers in the Denver-Metro area didn't even talk to us. But Beth, Joey and their team got us in for an emergency service and took great care of us. This is in response to my very bad service experience. Through my proactive, unrelenting perseverance the GM and service manager heard me. I was not required to wait until November for them to take the time to find out why my new Santa fe kept shutting off in my driveway. I brought the car in and waited 3 hours for service to try to identify the issue snd test drive it. They were unable to ID the problem but have ordered a range selector switch. In ten days they will call when part arrives. Previous year models had this part issue. My service manager Brian McClure was excellent. I feel the service staff are better organized than before.They were cordial with all customers. I thank the GM for his sincerity and caring.

I went to this Hyundai dealership to test drive a Kona which my husband had read about. We were met and assisted by Bernard Quisumbing who was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to accommodate us which included letting us get our dog from home to try him out in the car!
