Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. The sales associate Tye Hill was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Some sales associates are very pushy, by rushing you to make a decision. Mr. Hill was NOT that like that. He had the patience of a saint.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Potamkin Hyundai. I traded in my own vehicle and bought a pre-owned KIA EV6. Customer service was excellent. Julian worked with me through the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, even though it was not a Hyundai. Potamkin does have a very nice selection of Hyundais on the lot, however. I feel like I got a great car for a fair price. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
