I wish I needed (or could afford) more cars so that I could get them from Tom Donalson. He was amazing! He really took the time to make sure I understood every feature about my 2021 Tucson Ultimate. My service manager (Victoria Cruz) was very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my car was ready very quickly. I always have a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They give twice the length of warranty and the car itself is a very pleasant surprise in its performance and comfort.

Buying a car can be difficult. When you have a good team at the dealership it is a breeze. The paperwork process was efficient with Ms. Abby ensuring that all necessary documents were in order. I appreciated the transparency regarding the vehicle, warranty and maintenance requirements. The overall ownership experience has been smooth, with excellent support from Ms. Abby, and checking on me a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Most important thing they treated me like Family.
