Unfortunately I had to bring it back the following day as the cruise control still wasn"t working even with the new switch. New contact switch installed and everything seems to be working now. However, I did have to cancel a doctor appt because I spent 3 hours waiting for repair.

Have been going to this dealer since 2018 when they were Pugi. I was apprehensive that Castle would have the same excellent customer service. I can say that the high level of customer service has not changed. The only difference is that they don't offer car washing anymore but it's not a deal breaker. I will continue coming here for service on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. Knew what I wanted. Sales Rep Evan sent me a video of the truck I was considering. Made an appointment for following day. Greeted at the door by Manager Matt. Evan had the truck ready to go. Great test drive. I decided to test a next level upgrade and was even happier. Decided on the upgrade. No high pressure sales. Very good pricing. Leased thru Hyundai. Finance guy was a wizard, (got paperwork and explainations done in a timely manner)! The Dealership facilities were well lit. Very clean and comfortable. Truck was presented to me freshly washed and mats installed. Evan spent time explaining all the technology and even set up my cell phone connection to the truck. Have had followup calls from Evan to see if I had any problems or questions. Best car buying experience ever!

Let me start by saying I hate when it’s time to purchase a new car. My husband and I had two appointments at different dealerships to look at two different makes and models of cars. Our first appointment was with Todd Salinas at Webb Hyundai in Merrillville. We arrived early test drove the vehicle and loved it! Todd was great and wasn’t pushy about a sale. We signed our papers with Rob Beem who is equally as friendly. Bottom line we arrived at 2:40pm and was out the door by 5:20pm. Keep in mind that my husband had at least a 20 minute conversation about canceling our second appointment, which we did. That was crazy fast!!! I walked in cranky and left smiling! Job well done!!!
