Let me just say this from day 1 they made me feel like I was part of a family from Craig Edwards the dealer to Lamont the mechanic to John . I was recently in a car accident and of course I panic because its on,only been going on a year I just purchased my blessing...with the help of Craig Edward. The sales associate Tye Hill was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Some sales associates are very pushy, by rushing you to make a decision. Mr. Hill was NOT that like that. He had the patience of a saint.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Potamkin Hyundai. I traded in my own vehicle and bought a pre-owned KIA EV6. Customer service was excellent. Julian worked with me through the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, even though it was not a Hyundai. Potamkin does have a very nice selection of Hyundais on the lot, however. I feel like I got a great car for a fair price. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
