Their pricing was close to the advertised offers from Honda, something that no other dealer that I reached out to in the San Diego/Riverside area came close, and half of them wanted me to go in person to negotiate. Poway Honda was the exception, we had agreed on the pricing, I showed up, saw the car, filed a credit report form, and a few minutes later I was signing the rest of the paperwork and on my way out. Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

Bottom line is… they actually care about the customer experience & not focused on JUST selling a car. After a disastrous experience at Kia, Honda restored my faith in today’s car salesman. I am very appreciative of their kindness and their patience. Buying a car isn’t always something we as customers are prepared to do and sometimes it’s due to a stressful reason and they were very kind and understanding. I’d give them 10 stars if I could ✌🏼💙

I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

All I can say is thank you and God bless you for what you do for your customers. You listen to their needs, and I just want to say thank you again for everything that you have done. You don't know how much this means to me losing everything in the Altadena fire.
