Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

My service was great .I wish they would have wash my car before I picked up.

I love the remote start and the seat warmers! I love the way it rides! So smooth!! I bought it so I can put both of my large dogs in it at the same time. They both fit perfectly, and have plenty of room!

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I have sent many of my customers over the years to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and overall expierence from Jerry Goddard and his people have been beyond exemplary. They actually understand the term customer service and listening to what the customer wants. It was an absolute pleasure working with Deja at Gwinnett Place Honda on the purchase of our 2025 Honda Pilot Elite. She obtained my contact information when I filled out the form in the website for more info. Over the next few weeks she patiently reached out to touch base and let me know what was available in their inventory that matched what we wanted. She was never pushy, just supportive in our search. Once we were ready for a test drive (but not yet a purchase) we scheduled an appointment with her. Upon arrival she had everything ready for us. Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it.
