Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

He was very helpful servicing my car and updating me on the inspection result details. At the end he also helped me squeeze an appointment for my other car over the weekend

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

Good service, appointment schedule change was honored without issue. Service recommendations appear to be what's suggested with my milage and use . I'll plan to follow up with additional services at a later date.

I love the remote start and the seat warmers! I love the way it rides! So smooth!! I bought it so I can put both of my large dogs in it at the same time. They both fit perfectly, and have plenty of room!

She ended up staying at work late to accompany us throughout the entire process, and even tried to stop and help us set up features on the way to her car when she saw us outside. She went above and beyond during the entire process, with outstanding professionalism and expert knowledge. Service and repairs always take time, but that aside everything was professional, I was informed, and pleased with the work done. I was lucky enough to have everything covered under the dealership warranty I purchased.

Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features.
