The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Rep met expectations and was helpful. Facility was clean and had space to wait around while my car was being serviced. Afterwards rep gave me a clear break down of what i needed to get serviced next from most to least important. Was helpful

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

They have delivered the vehicle ahead of time. Dean bloom was in constant touch with us to give us update. We expected the actual delivery in March but was way ahead of time compared to any other dealership.

I love the remote start and the seat warmers! I love the way it rides! So smooth!! I bought it so I can put both of my large dogs in it at the same time. They both fit perfectly, and have plenty of room!

Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. Social distancing, additional seating outside would be nice. Several of us just wondered the lot while waiting because there are only 2 benches.

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I have sent many of my customers over the years to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and overall expierence from Jerry Goddard and his people have been beyond exemplary. They actually understand the term customer service and listening to what the customer wants. I initially learned about Hennessy Honda from a retired Honda employee that said that is where he and other go because of the entire culture that Jerry Goddard has fostered at Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and I must say I agree 100% . I am getting ready to purchase a new car and that is where I am going and my brother from North Carolina said he would buy from them as well. That says a lot. I also have 100% faith in Honda I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey EXL with 410,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. Ray

It was an absolute pleasure working with Deja at Gwinnett Place Honda on the purchase of our 2025 Honda Pilot Elite. She obtained my contact information when I filled out the form in the website for more info. Over the next few weeks she patiently reached out to touch base and let me know what was available in their inventory that matched what we wanted. She was never pushy, just supportive in our search. Once we were ready for a test drive (but not yet a purchase) we scheduled an appointment with her. Upon arrival she had everything ready for us. She was obviously extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering any questions we answered thoroughly. She did a wonderful job going over the various features and comparing different trims. We actually ended up making a purchase yesterday although we weren’t planning on it, and that was entirely because of Deja. Not from her pressuring us, but from her making us confident about the purchase. We had to leave to pick up our kids from school and return, she coordinated everything and was very patient. She ended up staying at work late to accompany us throughout the entire process, and even tried to stop and help us set up features on the way to her car when she saw us outside.
