They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

No one tried to pressure me into upgrades or add-ons I didn't want. The most outstanding aspect of the experience was honesty. The salesman I dealt with was a knowledgeable young man, but also quick to tell me if he didn't have the answer to any given questions. The bottom line is that I came away with a feeling of complete confidence. The Hyundai Sonata I bought from them has the best warranty available and I have no doubt Jeff Wyler Fairfield will stand behind the car beyond that warranty.

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

Really knowledgeable, very professional.. Answered all questions posed to them. Very much worth the drive to deal with them. I had called ahead and they were waiting for me along with a clean car to test drive .

2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

I took my car to Joe Morgan Honda to get my oil changed. The staff in their Service Department is always friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off and my husband took me to breakfast at a local restaurant. My car was washed and ready when we got back! Would highly recommend them!!

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

Let me tell you how easy Ryan Stacy made it for me to get into my new 2024 CRV! This young man knows his stuff! I got exactly what I wanted along with payment! There was a mistake in my paperwork and Ryan showed up to my home in Beavercreek to help me fix it! Like seriously came to my home! Talk about customer service!! Highly recommend! Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

Is it my old Acura TL? No. Is it my Expedition? No. Is it a wonderful, rolling compromise of tight handling, larger SUV amounts of cargo and comfortable passenger space, a real V6, Honda reliability and engineering in a package that gets a lot better than “truck” mileage? Yes. An extraordinary example of function over form, and a beautiful compromise of everything I was looking for in a daily vehicle. If it had a timing CHAIN it would be a 5.

Looks good and is affordable. Very roomy interior. Has all the latest features involving safety. Adequate 6 cylinder engine. Ride is stiff; could be more comfortable. But - so far, very pleased with it

I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. I have had great service on several previous occasions and was always nicely treated. I would not hesitate to return again.

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

Everyone we talked to was nice, helpful and respectful. Purchasing a car is a major purchase and is a very involved process when you are financing, they did a good moving it along.

This car meets all my "needs" & "wants" in the process of buying a car. I got practical AND luxury, all in one. I dreaded the process, but this car met ALL my criteria.
